 >  Morita Therapy is a purpose-centered, response oriented therapy from Japan, created in the 1930s by Dr. Shoma Morita. According to Morita, character is determined by behavior, by what one does. Decisions become grounded in purpose rather than influenced by the fluid flow of feelings. Character is developed by cultivating mindfulness, knowing what is controllable and what is not controllable. It is developed as one moves from being feeling centered to being purpose centered. Let nature take its course. Respect and adapt to the law of nature. Do what you should do without being stopped by obsessive thoughts. Acceptance of what is, allows for active responding to what needs doing
 >  Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) This is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in CA, USA in the 1970’s. They claim a connection between the neurological processes, language and behavioral patterns learned through experience and that these can be changed to achieve specific goals in life.
 >  Hypnotherapy Hypnosis is a state of inner absorption, concentration and focused attention. Similarly, when our minds are concentrated and focused, we are able to use our minds more powerfully. Recent research supports the view that hypnotic communication and suggestions effectively changes aspects of the person’s physiological and neurological functions, physical, and psychic distress and helps people clarify the complexity of the mind-body split.
 >  Bioenergetics Alexander Lowen bioenergetics uses the language of the body to heal the problems of the mind. A dynamic form of therapy based on the teachings of Wilhelm Reich. It links physical pain, muscle tension, and postural disorders with state of mind. Body-mind approach to personality that has a liberating and positive effect on emotional, physical, and psychic distress and helps people clarify the complexity of the mind-body split.
 >  Body-Mind Psychotherapy Reich was an Austrian-American psychiatrist and psychoanalyst that focused on character structure, rather than on individual neurotic symptoms. He believed that patients’ body language could be more revealing than their words. He observed their tone of voice and the way they moved and concluded that people form a kind of armor to protect themselves from the blows from the outside world and from their own desires and instincts.
 >  Japanese Tea Ceremony It is also called The Way of Tea, a way of life based on the simple act of serving tea with a pure heart.  >  Art can be therapeutic by bringing a serene state just by concentrating the mind on the work being done letting aside troubles and worries at the time. It can also help release the unconscious by means of spontaneous expression.
